We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal and operations team in our Los Angeles headquarters. In this role, you will report to the COO and will work closely to provide support on legal, regulatory, compliance and operations matters. We seek a highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented team-member who is ready to join a fast-paced environment.

Prime Capital Core is looking for an Analyst with a minimum of 1 to 3 years prior work experience to become an integral part of our early-stage crypto investment team which manages PrimeCapitalCore Genesis and C Fund. The individual will focus primarily on deal sourcing, due diligence, deal execution, market research and supporting fundraising efforts. The analyst will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate investment opportunities and help our team make investment decisions. This individual should have exceptional organizational, research, modeling, and writing skills in addition to being intimately familiar with the blockchain industry.
